Vendor Services Agreement

1. Scope of Service

TastEzy provides a digital marketplace platform for Vendors to list, sell, and manage traditional food products. TastEzy acts as an intermediary and is not the manufacturer of any products listed on the platform.

2. Vendor Eligibility & Compliance

• FSSAI License: Vendors must possess a valid FSSAI registration/license to sell food items. Failure to maintain this will result in immediate suspension.
• Accuracy: Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

3. Commission & Payments

By using the platform, the Vendor agrees to the following financial terms:

• Platform Fee: TastEzy deducts a commission of [Insert %] on the total order value.
• Settlement: Payouts are initiated 7 days after successful delivery (T+7).
• Taxes: All payouts are subject to applicable TDS/TCS as per Indian Income Tax and GST laws.

4. Packaging & Quality

The Vendor must ensure food-grade packaging that is leak-proof and tamper-evident. The Vendor is solely liable for any health issues or claims arising from the consumption of their products.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days' notice. TastEzy reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for fraudulent activity or repeated quality complaints.
